After a career as a mainframe programmer / data analyst at the University of Florida, Eric switched gears and moved to South Korea, where he has lived and taught since 2010. He is currently the Head of the English Department at Cheongna Dalton School in Incheon, where he has been teaching since 2014. As an ELA teacher, he has never lost his appreciation for the value of good data. Eric is enthusiastic about the effective use of educational technology in the classroom, even designing a Chrome extension of his own after getting inspired by extensions demoed at his first Google Summit in 2015.
